Board of Deepak Nitrite recommends final dividend

Deepak Nitrite announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.2 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
