Deepak Spinners announced that the Board of Director of the Company have appointed Nilu Agrawal as an Additional Director in the Category of Independent Director in its meeting held on 31 March 2015, with effect from 01 April 2015 subject to confirmation by Shareholders in the forthcoming Annual general Meeting.
