Board of Fine Plast Polymers allots equity shares

At meeting held on 17 October 2014

Fine Plast Polymers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 October 2014, allotted 41,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under the SEBI Regulations, Section 42 and 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 (including the rules made there-under).

As a result of this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company was increased from Rs. 3,01,97,000/- To Rs. 7,11,97,000/-.
