The Board of Gala Global Products at its meeting held on 09 January 2018 has approved the change in directors as follows -

Resignation of Alpa Jignesh pandya from the post of Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 08 January 2018.
Appointment of Avani Mulchandbhai Gala as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 09 January 2018.
