The Board of Ganesha Ecosphere at its meeting held on 05 September 2019 has approved the appointment of Dr. Shobha Chaturvedi (DIN: 08553800), as an Additional (Non- Executive Independent) Director of the Company with effect from 05 September 2019 for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
