Board of Garware Wall Ropes decide to close buyback offer

With effect from 09 April 2014

Garware Wall Ropes that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 April 2014, has decided to close the buyback offer of equity shares of the Company after the closing of the trading hours with effect from 09 April 2014, i.e. the last date for buy back in terms of the Public Announcement published on 30 September 2013.
