GCM Securities announced that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 25 January 2017, inter alia, to consider the following businesses:- Migration of Company from BSE SME platform to the Main board of BSE subject to the Shareholders approval through Postal Ballot u/s 110 of Companies Act, 2013
