Board of Godrej Consumer Products approves scheme of amalgamation

At meeting held on 29 July 2016

Godrej Consumer Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 July 2016 have approved the scheme of amalgamation of Godrej Consumer Products Mauritius and Godrej Consumer Products US Holding with Godrej Consumer Products and their respective shareholders.

The scheme of amalgamation is subject to requisite statutory and regulatory approvals in India and Mauritius.
