Board of Green Fire Agri Commodities approves change in company name

At meeting held on 03 September 2014

Green Fire Agri Commodities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 September 2014, inter alia, has considered the following :

- Taken note of change of name of the Company to "Proseed Agro Tech " subject to approval of shareholders and change of Main Objects of the Company.
