Board of Hindustan Oil Exploration Company appoints MD & CFO

At meeting held on 02 February 2015

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 February 2015 have appointed (a) MP. Elango, as Additional Director and also designated him as the Managing Director; and (b) R. Jeevanandam, as Additional Director and also designated him as Chief Financial Officer. The aforesaid appointments are subject to approval of the Shareholders and other applicable regulatory approvals.
