Board of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. recommends interim dividend

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 October 2017, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2.3 per equity Share (i.e. 23%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
