Board of Indraprastha Gas recommends dividend

of Rs 5.50 per share

Indraprastha Gas announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended 55% dividend i.e. Rs 5.50 per share to the Shareholders for the financial year 2013-14.
