Indus Fila announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :

Resignation of Shashikant G Mandhana and Prakash G Mandhana has been accepted by the Board.

The Board has appointed Rajkumar Aggarwal as Independent Director.
