Board of ISGEC Heavy Engineering recommends interim dividend

ISGEC Heavy Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 March 2018, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 16 per equity Share (i.e. 160%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
