James Warren Tea announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 July 2015, has conducted the following businesses:1. Noted the resignation of Ajay Kumar Singh, from the office of Wholetime Director of the Company with effect from 30 June 2015.
2. Appointed Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, as a Wholetime Director of the Company with effect from 08 July 2015 as per applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 & the rules made thereunder and the Listing Agreement.
