Board of Kama Holdings approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 29 January 2015

Kama Holdings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 January 2015 has approved the appointment of Vasvi Bharat Ram as Additional Director effective from 29 January 2015. The Board also accepted the resignation of Ashish Bharat Ram from directorship of the Company with effect from 29 January 2015.
