Board of Kings Infra Ventures approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 14 October 2014

Kings Infra Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held 14 October 2014, has taken the following decisions:

1. Acceptance of the resignation and relieving from duties of Gopalan Nair Chundezham Karunakara Panicker, Executive Director- Finance with effect from 14 October 2014.

2. Appointment of Balagopalan Veliyath as Executive Director with effect from 14 October 2014.

3. Appointment of Achyuth Dutt as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01 October 2014.
