At meeting held on 06 October 2015
Knitworth Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 October 2015, had approved the following agenda:- Appointment of Uday Shankar Mahawar, Ajay Kumar Gupta and Anup Shyamsundar Karwa as Additional Directors of the Company in terms of Section 149(1), 152 and 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014.
