Board of KPIT Technologies approves allotment of equity shares under ESOS

KPIT Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 January 2015, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 226,882 equity shares under the employees' stock option schemes of the Company.
