Board of KSS approves change in directorate & increase in authorised share capital

At meeting held on 14 August 2015

KSS announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 14 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following items :

1. Appointment of Satish Panchariya as Managing Director of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders

2. Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company subject to the shareholders approval.

3. Appointment of Harsh Upadhyay as an Additional Director of the Company.
