Board of Lancer Container Lines approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 01 August 2016

Lancer Container Lines announced that Board Meeting of the Company held on 01 August 2016 started at 3.30 PM and concluded at 4.30 PM and Nirali Dhiren Mehta, Company Secretary, resigned from the Company and Anchal Gupta is being appointed as Company Secretary of the Company in compliance with section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
