Orient Refractories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :1. Erwin Jankovits, was appointed by the Board as Non- Executive Director of the Company.
2. Vijay Sharma, an independent director was elected as Chairman of the Company.
