Board of Parab Infra appoints compliance officer

At meeting held on 09 February 2015

Parab Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the following matters:

- To appoint Amrit Gandhi the Managing Director of the Company as new Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Vaibhav Shah.
