Board of Prime Focus does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 16 September 2015

Prime Focus announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its adjourned meeting held on 16 September 2015, inter-alia, have considered and approved the following:

1. The Board of Directors of the Company did not recommend any dividend for the Financial Year ended 30 June 2015.

2. Appointment of Amit Bapna as an additional Director (Non-Executive Director) on the Board of the Company and he shall hold office till the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

3. Re-alignment of the Financial Year of the Company in accordance with Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 and accordingly the financial year 2015-16 will be for a period of 9 months ending on 31 March 2016.
