Prism Informatics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 April 2016, has also transacted the following :

1. Christof Anderi, Whole-Time Director and Vice-Chairman of the Company is also appointed as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from April 06, 2016.
