Professional Diamonds announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, have approved the followings:

1. Appointment of Shambhubhai Ruparelia as an 'Additional Director' of the Company with effect from 06 February 2015;

2. Appointment of Dharmendra Ruparelia as an 'Additional Director' of the Company with effect from 06 February 2015.
