Rammaica (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 June 2015, has concluded and approved the following:

The Registered office of the Company is changed from H -132, Raj Arcade, Mahavir Nagar, Kandivli West, Mumbai - 400067 to Flat No. 101, Vasu Villa, Amar Jyoti Society Compound, Zaveri Baug, Opp. Telephone Exchange, S. V. Road, Kandivali Mumbai - 400067.
