Board of Raunaq Automotive Components approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 31 January 2015

Raunaq Automotive Components announced that Kamna Tiwari has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company and Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 31 January 2015 appointed Hitesh Kumar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in pursuance to Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement.
