Rico Auto Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 November 2016, inter alia, have approved the following:- Change in Registered Office of the Company from 69 KM Stone, Delhi - Jaipur Highway, Dharuhera, District Rewari - 122106, Haryana to 38 KM Stone, Delhi - Jaipur Highway, Gurgaon - 122001, Haryana subject to the approval of Shareholders.
