Board of Rollatainers approves sub-division of equity shares

At meeting held on 16 April 2015

Rollatainers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 April 2015, has approved sub division of Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Ten) each into Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- (Two) each, subject to the consent of Shareholders' and concerned Authorities, if any and alteration of Memorandum & Article of Association of Company to reflect the same, in line with the provisions of Companies Act 2013.
