Board of S V Global Mill accepts resignation of CFO

At meeting held on 10 November 2014

S V Global Mill announced that S. Vijayalakshmi, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has submitted her resignation letter.

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 10 November 2014, accepted her resignation and she will be relieved from the services of the Company at the closing hours on 13 November 2014.
