Board of Sanofi India recommends special dividend

Sanofi India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 February 2015, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 11 per equity Share (i.e. 110%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
