Board of Savita Oil Technologies recommends dividend

Savita Oil Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended dividend @ 175% i.e. Rs 17.50 per Equity Share (face value of Rs 10 each) for the year ended 31 March 2014.
