The Board of Sayaji Industries at its meeting held on 07 August 2019 has approved the closure of wholly own subsidiary of the Company viz., Sayaji Corn Products (SCPL) which is not a material subsidiary of the company and which has been inoperative and not carrying on any business since its inception, as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
