Shoppers Stop announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 June 2014, has approved the appointment of Abanti Sankaranarayanan as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent Director) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 19 June 2014.
