Silver Oak (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 November 2014, have approved appointment of Arjun Choudhari, Randeep Choudhary, Manoj Kumar Thakur, Jagbhan Singh Yadav and Mohit Ahuja as Additional Directors of the Company.
