Smartlink Network Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 September 2014 has subject to approval of shareholders approved the following :

1. Appointment of Bhanubhai Patel as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent) of the Company.

2. Appointment of Arati K. Naik as an Additional Director and also as a Whole Time Director Designated as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
