Board of Solar Industries India recommends dividend

Of Rs 13.5 per share

Solar Industries India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 13.5 per equity Share (i.e. 135%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
