Board of Southern Latex appoints company secretary

At meeting held on 10 November 2014

Southern Latex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 November 2014, has appointed Guruswami Raj G as Company Secretary of the Company under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. He will also be the Compliance Officer as per the Listing Agreement.
