Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 July 2015, has appointed Pritesh Rajgor as an Additional (Independent) Director for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 14 July 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
