Board of Sri Krishna Constructions (India) approves bonus issue
At meeting held on 30 August 2017
Sri Krishna Constructions (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 August 2017, inter alia, has :Considered and approved ( Subject to approval by Shareholder) the capitalization of reserves by way of bonus share in the ratio of 1:10 i.e. 1 equity shares for every 10 equity share held by the share holder of the company.
