At meeting held on 12 August 2016
Starcom Information Technology announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 12 August 2016, have approved the re-appointment of Ziaulla Sheriff, as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.Further, the Board took note of resignation of Preeti Verma, as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 19 August 2016 and has approved the appointment Nidhi Sharma, as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 20 August 2016.
