Board of Sunil Hitech Engineers approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 07 October 2014

Sunil Hitech Engineers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 October 2014, has approved following main business:

1. Ratnakar Manikrao Gutte, Chairman & Managing is appointed as Chairman & Whole-time Director of the Company.

2. Sunil Ratnakar Gutte, Joint Managing Director is appointed as Managing Director of the Company.

3. M N Mohanan, Director (Operations) has resigned from Directorship of the company and the same is taken on record by the Board.
