Board of Supreme Infrastructure India appoints directors

At meeting held on 02 June 2015

Supreme Infrastructure India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 June 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following matters:

1. The Board approved the appointment of Sushil Kumar Mishra as an Independent Director of the Company.

2. The Board approved the appointment of Nilima Mansukhani, as Woman Independent Director of the Company in terms of listing agreement read with Section 149(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
