Board of Supreme Infrastructure India approves change in CFO

At meeting held on 02 June 2015

Supreme Infrastructure India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 June 2015, inter alia, has approved and taken on record, the resignation of Sanjay Bafna as 'Chief Financial Officer' (CFO) of the Company.

Further, Vikas Sharma, Whole-time Director, is also designated as 'Chief Financial Officer' (CFO) of the Company.
