Board of Talbros Engineering approves change in director

At meeting held on 29 April 2016

Talbros Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 April 2016 approved the following -

Appointment of Gita Talwar as Additonal Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Appointment of Nitin Agarwal as an Additional Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Appointment of Kuldeep Singh Bhalla as an Additional Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board has accepted the resignation of Kartik Talwar with immediate effect.
