Board of Tata Consultancy Services recommends dividend

Tata Consultancy Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 July 2016, inter alia, have recommended the Interim dividend of Rs 6.5 per equity Share (i.e. 650%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
