Board of Techno Electric & Engineering Company recommends final dividend

Dividend payment date is 04 August 2014

Techno Electric & Engineering Company announced that the final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of nominal value Rs. 2 each as recommended by the Board of Directors for the year 2013-2014 will be paid on or after 04 August 2014, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 26 July 2014.
