Board of Tera Software appoints compliance officer

At meeting held on 14 February 2015

Tera Software announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 February 2015 has appointed M. Sri Lakshmi, Company Secretary as Compliance officer in place of O. Babu Reddy.
