Board of Trinetra Cement appoints director

At meeting held on 12 November 2014

Trinetra Cement announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 November 2014, inter alia, has appointed V. Manickam as independent director, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the place of N. Srinivasan (F&R) who has resigned his directorship with effect from 01 October 2014.
